The importance of breakfast

It can be difficult to make time for breakfast when working in a high-paced environment that requires putting in time at the office. Many of us would rather savour an extra ten minutes in bed instead of preparing and eating a bowl of cereal. When trying to lose weight skipping breakfast in the morning may feel like an easy way to cut your calories down and help you lose weight but it may be a bigger detriment to your weight loss ambitions.
